Kelly Clarkson Unveils Epic 'Meaning Of Life' Music Video: Watch

Kelly Clarkson has abandoned the visual accompaniment of "Meaning of Life", the title song for her eighth studio album. The single, an ode to a distant lover, is a powerful soul-pop record, and the video follows Clarkson as he strolls through a beautiful, dimly lit mansion, singing about his past agony. Clarkson started the video on Mother's Day (May 13).

In the middle of the road, the scene explodes in color, Clarkson opening his heart surrounded by a full orchestra and supporting singers. The video ends with Clarkson shining in the golden light as he sings about the powerful love of his children. His son and daughter are playing around him and running in his arms before the song breaks in the final chorus.

Clarkson will also perform at the Billboard Music Awards on May 20th.
